Card eligibility and checkout support depend on your card and payment integration.
Set the rules before the purchase
Set a budget for each agent
Define how much an agent can spend per purchase and over time.
Choose where it can spend
Authorize a merchant with an amount cap and expiration.
Review requests that need your attention
Requests that require approval wait for your decision. Conto rechecks the rules before proceeding.
Withdraw permission
Revoke an authorization to stop new credential requests. Existing purchases and your original card are unaffected.
From card setup to checkout
Step 1
Connect a card
Add an eligible card from your agent’s Connected Cards tab using secure card entry.
Step 2
Verify the authorization
The cardholder reviews the purchase details and completes verification.
Step 3
Complete checkout
After Conto’s checks, your payment integration receives a single-use credential for the authorized purchase.
Works on your side of checkout
Merchants use their existing supported card checkout. They don’t need to install Conto or approve your agent’s spending.
Conto checks requests before releasing credentials to your payment integration. That integration must protect the credentials and prevent alternate payment paths.
