Refund policy
Every General Store order is prepaid, so here is exactly what happens to your money when an order does not work out.
If the merchant does not accept
Prepaid orders refund automatically in full if the merchant does not accept your order within 10 minutes. You do not need to do anything.
Before the merchant accepts
You can cancel for a full refund any time before the merchant accepts your order, from the order status page.
After the merchant accepts
Once the merchant has accepted and started preparing your order, contact support at store-support@conto.finance and we will make it right.
How refunds arrive
Refunds return to the original card, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
